Well, Mackenzie attended a camp-in day at COSI with her Brownie troop on Saturday. She had a great time. When she came home, she came home with a new pet. We have now added a tadpole to our family, and as long as we take care of it properly, it will be our own little frog.

Once upon a time we found a tadpole and tried to keep it. Well, we got everything we thought we needed to watch it transform. He was almost a frog, he had just a little bit of a tail left . . . unfortunately he died.
Here's hoping we have better luck with this little guy or gal.
