Water inhabitants

On our travels we pass this water, it’s a few miles from our house, and we can’t tell if it is a flooded field or what.  However, this time Jay did notice a sign that read something about waterfowl which makes us think it isn’t a flooded field.  Anyway, we pulled over and took some pictures because there are some pretty swimmers.
